Playmobil or Barbie gaving crewcuts with safety scissors that never really cut xDD collecting Cabbage Patch Kids and My Little Ponies yay! (aww okay the girls, btw I still have the lila one) xDD Hot Wheels and He-Man, Thundercats and Star Wars action figures were the real boys stuff!

Everyone had a bicycle to move and the good sidewalk chalk was all you needed to build a city, yay imagination was the key! the world was the backyard or your friend's house playing Nintendo the whole afternoon.

Red Kool-Aid was the fav drink for you and your friends, Popcorn, sweets or bubblegum added to the menu. Entertainment was cheap and lasted for hours, music played on the tape player xD listening Madonna, Michael Jackson or Duran Duran's music.

The Ghostbusters, A Team, Knight Rider, Fame, The Cosby Show and Punky Brewster were the programs of the decade and of course the "what you talkin' 'bout Willis?" program too. Loving The Muppets, Smurfs,The Carebears or Mazinger Z on the kids channel.

Friendship bracelets were ties you couldn't break and friendship pins went on shoes, pegged jeans, charm necklaces and side pony tails and just tails, some braces with colored rubberbands made you cool.

This coming saturday will be the "Goodbye" party for Philipp (Niels's friend) and I'm looking forward to be there and meet all their friends, it will be fun to get back into the 80's!
